HERE'S THE INTERESTING PART!
The lady tells me that she has never seen the rings since last year (it was a old model) & that it shows no history of being bought or returned. At this moment, I have on my "what the fuck, n*gga" face on lol. Then she kept trying to explain that there was no mistake & making me look stupid as fuck. So now the manager comes & tells me obvious shit; that I have no proof of the transaction and they don't know anything about the rings. So I told both of these women to call up the cashier and ask her. They didn't want to do shit; they kept trying to get me to assume that everything was okay and that I was tripping.
Shiiiiiit, fuck that! I already have a disadvantage of being black & young, so that didn't help out much. Manager straight up asked "Did you accidently take it back with you and don't remember?" LMAO! So I told them to look up surveillance & use that shit as proof. The manager did her "research" and came back moded as fuck. Conclusion: I got my refund and proved to them that the customer is right. Nordstroms stays fucking up shit. The End.
Hopefully my girlfriend will read this because I have a different set of rings that should be coming in soon. But right now I havent heard a word from her since 230pm (its going on 932pm now). & Nordstroms better have not fucked this one up either. Deuces!
